The payment receipt is generated in your mobile banking app used for the transaction.

The receipt includes the transaction amount and the email or account used for payment (see 'Payment Details').

You'll also receive a confirmation email when your Minecraft account balance has been successfully topped up.

If the funds were debited but not credited — please wait up to 2 hours. If the balance still hasn't updated, contact us via support chat or Telegram bot — we'll help you resolve the issue.
