A voucher is a unique code representing a specific monetary value that can be redeemed to top up your Arena Breakout account balance.

Requests submitted on weekends may take up to 24 hours to process.

The voucher code and activation instructions will be sent to your email within 15 minutes (up to 3 hours) after successful payment.

Vouchers are non-refundable.

A payment receipt is generated in your mobile banking app used for the transaction.

The receipt shows the transaction amount and the account used for payment (see ‘Payment Details').

Once your Arena Breakout balance is successfully topped up, you'll receive a confirmation email.

If funds were debited but not credited, please wait up to 2 hours. If the balance still hasn't updated, contact us via live chat or Telegram bot — we'll assist you immediately.
