A voucher is a unique code representing a specific monetary value that can be redeemed to top up your Apple ID balance.

Requests submitted on weekends may take up to 24 hours to process.

The voucher code and activation instructions will be sent to your email within 15 minutes (up to 3 hours) after successful payment.

Vouchers are non-refundable.

Payment may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues. If you are not redirected to the payment page, please try again later.

If payment was completed but your Apple ID balance hasn't been credited, contact us via support chat or Telegram bot — we'll help you resolve the issue quickly.

A payment receipt is generated in your mobile banking app used for the transaction.

The receipt shows the transaction amount and the email or account used for payment (see 'Payment Details').

Once your Apple ID balance has been successfully topped up, you'll receive a confirmation from Apple.

If the funds were debited but not credited — please wait up to 2 hours. If the balance still hasn't updated, contact us via live chat or Telegram bot — we'll assist you promptly.
